Serving Western Orange and Sullivan Counties, NY,
Northern Sussex County, NJ, and Pike County, PA.
Members of the Pastoral Care Department at Bon Secours Community Hospital are an important part of your health care team. Our Pastoral Care Department consists of a Priest Chaplain, Ordained Deacon, laymen and women pastoral visitors.
Pastoral Care provides:
- Prayer, spiritual, and emotional support; guidance to patients, residents, families, and staff members
- Help patients and their families cope with illness or end-of-life issues
- Play an integral role in the holistic care of patients
- Conduct religious and memorial services
- Reach out to people of all faiths or no faith
- Respond to referrals, emergencies and traumas
- Attend wakes and funerals
- Closed circuit TV channel 3 - Morning Prayer 9 a.m., Evening Prayer 4 p.m.
Chapel Services are held:
Mass
Monday and Friday at 11:30 p.m.
Wednesday, St. Josephs Place at 11:00 a.m.
Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
