Inpatient Dialysis

Bon Secours Community Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), now offers inpatient dialysis for patients who are seen in the Emergency Department and need to be admitted to the Medical Surgical and Intensive Care units. Availability of this service will decrease the need to transfer a patient who may need kidney dialysis to another hospital.

The Inpatient Dialysis team consists of a lead nephrologist, dialysis nurses, and other medical professionals who collaborate to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
